Payment

I am an Out-of-Network Provider. I provide a "superbill" on a monthly basis so you can be reimbursed for out-of-network services if you choose to submit it to your insurance. Please call your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to ensure your out-of-network service will be reimbursed.
